I heard something....our local Wal-Mart is one of the highest in the USA....so, I'm going to conduct a "scientific to me" study....
If you shop at Wal-Mart, would you please see how much this item is at your Wal-Mart.
When you get the price, please come back here and post the state and price. If you want to get really into this....you can even post about it on your blog.
In Oklahoma, this jar of Great Value Onions and Garlic pasta sauce is $1.25. I remember the good ole days when it was just $1.00....that was BEFORE the only other grocery store went out of business.....immediately most prices shot up at least a dime.

At our Walmart in Owasso, it is $1-atleast it was when I went last weekend.
It is $1.00 in Illinois - which is a good thing because it's my husband's f-a-v-o-r-i-t-e!! He immediately goes into panic mode if I bring home anything else.
Amen, to that, our Wal-mart STINKS!!! And yes, they are ripping us off because you have to drive at least 20 minutes to get to a regular grocery store! We just need a REASOR'S!!!!! Think we should e-mail them??
Hold on to your chair. I just called the Walmart. It's $2.79 here...Of course everything is so much more here. I'd have to buy at least 3 in order to have enough sauce for the pasta I make for our family. I'll just stick to buying the huge bottle of Prego for $4.99 (on sale)
Hi! Just wanted to comment on your blog - I just found it, and love it! We homeschool here, too, and I checked out your homeschool posts. It's good to find another mom with her teens at home for school! I've got boys over here, and it sure has changed through the years from Kindergarten way back when! Thanks for sharing in your blog!
