I remember being terrified the first time I went to the polls as a legal voter. I'm so glad that my children have to opportunity to participate in mock elections to ease that panic when they get to legally vote.
Regan had to register to vote in advance.
She received her registration card in the (e)mail.
She took it to the polling place.
She signed her "John Hancock" to prove she was herself.
She took her ballot....(I did not have to help her decide who she wanted to vote for....she has been watching all those lovely ads and news reports)
.....and she marked her ballot.......
She took her completed ballot.....one last thought....should she make any changes?
NO WAY!!! She knows who she wants to win!!!

Way to go Regan!!!
WTG Regan! Glad to know that so many of our "young people" rocked the vote!
Hi Traci, thanks for your comment on my blog. I replied back to it in my comments, I'm new to blogging and haven't got it figured out just yet! I voted for the first time yesterday, I sure wish I had mock registration and voting in school!
