Ok, I'm trying to get back on track after the holiday. I still have a very hectic week and plan to bring out the trusty crockpot...well, I think mine would be considered more of a roaster....10 qt.For more great menu plans just click the picture above and you will find PLENTY.....and as usual, if you find something you like, just ask and I can send you the recipe.
MONDAY - Swiss Steak in the crockpot
Round steak, sliced onions, ro-tel and spaghetti sauce
Add green beans and potatoes
TUESDAY - Cheeseburger Macaroni, green beans, baked apples
WEDNESDAY - BBQ Chicken Legs (crockpot), roasted potatoes, corn
THURSDAY - City Christmas Parade, Annual Catholic Church Spaghetti Dinner
FRIDAY - Pizza Rolls, Salad
SATURDAY - Poppyseed Chicken (crockpot), rolls, applesauce
SUNDAY - Grilled Pork Chops, Fried potatoes, peas & carrots
