Time to Start Decorating for Thanksgiving.....

Halloween is over and the decorations are taken down.....now, it is time to get ready for Thanksgiving.
I am also hosting Bunko at my house in a week...so, autumn decorations are a MUST!

I am going to need some ideas for gifts for BUNKO winners.....do you have any ideas? I have $12.00 to spend and must have 12 gifts....yeah, I know, that really limits it....but I know there are crafty people out there that can help me have a really creative gift.

All I need now is a pumpkin spice candle burning.....ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Personalized Christmas List Notebooks? Some sort of little decorated notebook (glue an envelope inside the front cover to keep track of all gift receipts) to help organize the Christmas Shopping.

Traci,
The antique store in the $1 booth has some really cute pumpkins made up from fabric.

Dollar Tree has a great variety of gifts - is there one near you? Or even (if you don't mind multiple gifts of the same style) clearance at Target or (we call it the dreaded W :o) Wal-Mart...just look for trinkets, girly things, note pads (stationery is always great for all the ladies I know! :o) or even some lotion in fall scents or cute little decorations. Have fun...you'll have to tell me how it goes. Maybe I'll try a Bunco night some time! :o) Never done it 'afore! :o)

Hi!...Go to www.1803candles.com....You can find a wonderful pumpkin spice soy candle...I love that place!..I just ordered some more. I love your flying turkey!...:) An idea for your gift would be to make a Thanksgiving Banner from Scrapbooking paper! I love my banners...You could say Give Thanks...or think ahead and do something for Christmas.."Believe"?...Have a great weekend!...

Hey, we have that same tablecloth! I love all the ideas others have posted-really very neat! I especially love the banner idea and the notebooks! $ Tree has lots of cute things I saw the other day and they always have some cute scrapbooking things that could easily make adorable notebooks!

I love fall scented candles my favorite of all time is Autumn Wreath by Yankee Candles, I did find a great substitute for that one though that is called Apple Berry Crisp by Mia Bella candles.

Blessings,

I am so sad...I told the hubby that after we got home from our church craft bazaar on Saturday,I would take down the Halloween decor(I always do)and then put up the Thanksgiving things.Well,I developed a bad cold that I couldn't shake. Here it is the 2nd and I still have Halloween up and not a single Thanksgiving up.I'm sentenced to bedrest and I am in trouble if anything "looks" cleaned up.

Those decorations look great. I just love the colors of Fall. I'm having Bunko here at my house on Saturday! lol!

I like the idea of notebooks. We'll be getting small paper bags and putting candy corn and a lip balm in them, then tying them up with curling ribbon.
