Meet Kaylee and her two boys.
Kaylee has a 3rd guy in her life, Tristan.
Tristan is a US Sailor.
Tristan is not here for the pictures. :(
We planned this photoshoot for the time of day best for the baby.
The baby decided this time was not good for him.
He was not a happy camper.
Despite the unhappiness, we did manage to snap a few where
he wasn't crying.
His brother on the other hand was VERY happy.
He was so happy, his mom was stressed.
He was all over the place.
That is normal, and she is used to stopping and posing.
When you have a toddler, you don't plan on stopping
and posing.
You catch them on the go....
You keep the parent in one place and the child
will eventually make his way back to the parent.
When he does this.....you SNAP SNAP SNAP.
If you are lucky, you will catch some spontaneous
very precious moments.
You can also introduce the toddler to props.
Then you SNAP SNAP SNAP again.
If toddler is worried little sibling is getting some attention,
he will come running to make sure he isn't being
left out of the loving going on.
Then you SNAP SNAP SNAP again.
Introduce more props and keep snapping.
Keep the parent aware that you are still snapping.
Believe it or not, Kaylee is stressed at this moment.....
I said, PSHAW.....and SNAPPED.
Just when you think the parent is about to blow her gasket
or pull out her giant Prozac salt-lick, you get
a shot like this.
PRICELESS.
So, stop posing and start living.....enjoy the moment.
I can work around it, I just can't make the baby
happy...only his mom can do that.
